Can you also MC?

No I don’t MC however there are other Wedding DJ Hire services that offer MC and DJ packages.

How much do you charge?

You can get an instant quote here.

How do I pay?

I prefer direct deposit via bank transfer or Paypal.

Other payment methods, such as cash or credit card, can be discussed.

 When do I have to pay?

I charge a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before the event.

Is the deposit refundable?

I understand that sometimes things might not go as planned and you may need to cancel or reschedule your event.

 If you have to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances I'm happy to reschedule your booking for a later date or refund your deposit in full.

 If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled event and you don’t wish to reschedule, depending on the circumstances, a partial refund of half the deposit amount may be issued.

What Equipment do you bring?

 I'll bring everything I need with me. This includes:

  • DJ Booth (black or white cover option)

  • 2 12' PA Speakers

  • DJ equipment

  • Lights

  • Wireless microphones

For events with over 200 guests or in certain venues I may recommend having more speakers, this can be discussed further based on your circumstances.

How long does it take to set up and pack down?

I generally like to allow 90 minutes to set everything up, packing down is usually 45 minutes. This is all included in the price.

What do you need to set up?

All I need is access to power, I’ll look after the rest!

Can you set up outside?

Happy to set up outside, provided the weather is good or there is adequate coverage for my equipment. Just remember I need access to power, I have my own extension cables so this shouldn’t be a problem.

What music will you play?

I always converse with my clients and come up with a playlist of songs prior to the event. I also read the crowd and gauge how they are reacting.

Do you take requests?

Yes I'm more than happy to take requests, unless of course the event organiser has specifically asked me not to.

If I book you for 4 hours but we want to keep partying, can you play for longer?

Yes I'm more than happy to do so, this will be charged at the half hourly rate specific to your event. I’ll discuss this with you when you book.

 Do you test your equipment?

Yes my equipment is tagged and tested and checked before each event. I also bring spare cables just incase.

 Do you have insurance?

Yes I'm fully insured, happy to provide a certificate of currency if required.
